Name : GENBA Management Conference & Award 2022 in Thailand
Purpose : In Thailand, which is an important manufacturing base for the Japanese manufacturing industry, the role of front-line supervisors in the future of manufacturing in Thailand through the presentation of excellent examples and experiences and mutual exchanges by front-line supervisors in Thai companies The aim is to recognize this in both Thailand and Japan, to improve the ability of managers and supervisors at manufacturing sites, and to further improve the level of the site and maintain and pass it on.
